With the ocean only a few kilometers away, the climate is characterized by mild winters and long summers. Our vines thrive in fertile sand and clay soil and produce grapes that we refine into first-class wines and distillates. We grow about ten different varieties of which Solaris, Ph\u00f6nix, Ortega, Riesel and Souvignier Gris are our main green grapes and Rondo, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Noir, Bolero and Regent are our most important red varieties. From these we make various white, red and ros\u00e9 wines that can be enjoyed in wine tastings at the vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2019, we planted our first vines &#8211; just under 100 &#8211; to be extended the following year by another 2.700 vines. Since then, we have made new plantings every year and now have about 10.000 plants on appx 3.5 hectares.
