Our wines

Solaris 2023 
Dry fresh white wine from Sweden’s most cultivated grape Solaris, harvested by hand at the end of September 2023. Pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve a wine as clean and fresh as possible. After 2 weeks of fermentation, the wine has been stored for 5 months in steel tanks. Characteristic of the wine is a crisp and well-balanced acidity with some minerality and notes of gooseberry, citrus, yellow apples, nuts, elderflower and pears.

Solaris Barrique 2023
Dry full-bodied white wine from the Solaris grape, harvested by hand at the end of September 2023. Pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve a wine as clean and fresh as possible, after which the juice was poured directly into oak barrels. After 3 weeks of fermentation in oak barrels, the wine continued to be stored for 6 months on the lees in the same barrels. Characteristic of the wine is a soft pleasant acidity with a certain minerality and notes of vanilla, butterscotch, gooseberry, citrus, red apples, nuts, elderflowers and honeydew melon.

Phönix-Solaris 2023
Dry full-bodied white wine from the grape varieties Phönix and Solaris with hints of Ortega and Souvignier Gris. The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of September 2023 and the juice has been allowed to rest on the skins for a day before pressing. After 3 weeks of fermentation in steel tanks, the wine has first been stored for 2 months in steel tanks and then another 4 months in oak barrels. Characteristic of the wine is a soft and well-balanced acidity with some creaminess and elegant complexity where notes of citrus, pear, peach, honeydew melon, marzipan, vanilla and sandalwood can be discerned. A full-bodied wine with a long aftertaste.

Johanniter 2023
Semi-dry fresh white wine from the Johanniter grape with hints of Solaris harvested at the end of September 2023. Carefully pressed with minimal skin contact, fermented for 2 weeks in steel tank and then further aged for 6 months in steel tanks. Characteristic of the wine is a fresh acidity with clear fruitiness and soft tones of honey, peach, pear, gooseberry, melon, citrus, almonds and vanilla.

Bolero Rosé 2023
Dry aromatic rosé wine from Bolero grapes harvested by hand at the end of September 2023. The wine is made with minimal skin contact before pressing to give maximum freshness both in color and taste. After 2 weeks of fermentation, the wine has been stored for 5 months in steel tanks. The result is a soft and pleasantly structured wine with round acidity and clear fruitiness. The flavors include strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, lingonberry, nuts and cherry kernels with a fine tuned aftertaste of salmiac licorice and marzipan.

Rondo Claret 2023
Light red wine made from the Rondo grape variety harvested by hand at the beginning of October 2023. After fermentation, one half of the wine has rested in steel tanks and the other in oak barrels. After 5 months of storage, these have been brought together through assemblage and allowed to rest for a month in steel tanks before bottling. Characteristic of the wine is a soft and fresh fruitiness with a hint of roughness and round balanced acidity. Among the flavors are cherries, blackberries, pine nuts, kernels and chocolate with a fine tuned aftertaste of herbs and Seville orange.

Bolero Solera 2020-23
Full-bodied red wine made according to the solera method. The base wine is made from Bolero grapes harvested by hand at the end of September 2023. After fermentation and 6 months of aging in oak barrels, the wine has been blended with parts of three previous vintages of wine from Bolero, Rondo, Cabernet Cortis and Regent grapes. The result is a powerful and full-bodied wine with a nuanced structure and well-balanced acidity. The flavor composition is complex with notes of oak, vanilla, violet, dark cherry, spices, minerals and dried fruit.

Rondo-Cabernet Cortis 2022
Powerful and full-bodied red wine from the Rondo and Cabernet Cortis varieties with hits of Regent harvested in mid-October 2022. The wine has fermented for one month and then rested for 2 months in steel tank after which it was aged for 11 months in oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine has also been allowed to rest for another 4 months in steel tanks. The result is a very robust wine with vivid tannins, clear barrel character and a fresh acidity. Among the aromas are vanilla, dark berries, raisins, tobacco, slate, leather and cherries. A wine that can be stored for several years.
